  • The passengers are requested to co-operate with the bus operators to maintain punctuality.
  • The Ticket booked is not transferable.
  • E-ticket cancellations are permitted through website by the user. In case e-ticket is booked through an agent, please contact respective agent for cancellations.
  • Please carry a valid photo id while traveling.
  • Bus Operator reserves rights to change the seat while boarding.
  • The Company does not accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused by any accident. Delay or irregularity or any other natural calamities.
  • Passengers are allowed to carry personal luggage at their own risk. Additional luggage will be charged.
  • Smoking & Consumption of liquor is prohibited on board.
  • Passengers hereby consent to receive communications by SMS / Email or calls from bus operator with regards to the services provided by them.
  • By booking a ticket or by registering at Thirumal Alagu Travels, the customer acknowledges that Thirumal Alagu Travels will call or email or SMS or send alerts to provide or request informations regarding the customers bookings.
  • The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Busses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc.; however the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
  • Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 mins. Before the scheduled time of departure.
  • No Cancellation. (No refund will be given to “NO-SHOW” passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time.)
  • In Case of Service Cancellation, Customers are requested not to cancel the tickets on their own, if any customer cancels the ticket, it will be treated as normal cancellation and refund will processed as per the report.
  • The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstances, passengers will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible and the ticket amount will be refunded. No passenger will be taken on the wayside. Baggage and Luggage will be booked at owner's risk subjected to the acceptance by our company.
  • If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.

Delivery Policy

  • Upon successful transaction, customer will receive an SMS and Email with ticket details and it should be shown to bus operator while boarding.

Cancellation Policy

  • Between 0 hour - 2 hour from boarding time 100%
  • Between 2 hour - 1 days from boarding time 25% Deduction
  • Between 1 days - 3 days from boarding time 15% Deduction
  • Between 3 days - ANY TIME from boarding time 10% Deduction

Failure Transactions

  • A transaction might fail for several reasons and the customer's account / card might be debited without generation of the the ticket. In such cases, the customer is requested to immediately call Thirumal Alagu Travels's customer care number to re-confirm the failed transaction, before proceeding with a fresh transaction/ booking.
  • If money is debited for the failed transactions, the same will be refunded back to the customer, as per Thirumal Alagu Travels's refund policy

Refund Policy

  • Thirumal Alagu Travels processes all refund requests, automatically on cancellation of the tickets. Considering the refund amount has to move through a network of banks, it can take 7 days to 30 business working days for the refund amount to be credited to the customer's account / card.
  • The amount refunded to the customer will be transferred to the mode of payment used by the customer while booking the ticket. This may include bank account / debit / credit / cash card / electronic wallets
  • In case the refund amount is not credited to the customer's account within 30 business working days, the customer is requested to send an email to helpdesk@tattravels.net, along with the ticket details. Thirumal Alagu Travels will endeavour to facilitate and support the customer in the getting the refund amount credited to their account.
  • Refunds will not be processed for passengers who do not report at the boarding point on time. These passengers are called No-show passengers
  • Any transaction charges, or facilitation charges, or ticket delivery charges, collected shall not be refunded if the tickets are cancelled by the customer.
  • In the event of cancellation of a bus / service trip by the bus operator, Thirumal Alagu Travels will assist the passenger by providing an alternative service, subject to availability. In case an alternative is not available, then Thirumal Alagu Travels shall be liable to the passenger only to the extent of refunding the amount paid by the customer for the price of the ticket.
